Privacy Policy

We use basic cookies for traffic statistics and to count clicks on company links. We do not sell your personal data. When you click through to a company’s site, that site’s privacy policy applies.

Player account (Telegram login)

When you log in through our Telegram bot, we store the phone number you share, and your Telegram ID and name.
Your phone number is used to confirm that each account belongs to a real person (one number, one account) and is never shown to the public. Reviews are shown with a short name only (e.g. “Ahmad R.”).
Complaint evidence (screenshots) is stored privately and only seen by administrators. Complaint details may be shared with the company concerned in order to resolve the complaint.
The bot only sends messages related to your account, reviews and complaints. You can stop at any time by blocking the bot.
